We endeavour to ensure that the information contained in this website is both current and accurate. However no express or implied warranties or representations are made concerning anything contained herein. The information in this site is intended for customers of Funsport Ltd. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused which may arise from reliance on information or advice contained in this website or for typographical or other errors or omissions.
We respect the privacy of every individual who visits this website. Any personal data, (name, address, telephone number or email address) will not be collected unless you provide this voluntarily. Any personal data you do provide may be stored and potentially used by Funsport Ltd. now and in the future for marketing purposes, market research, tracking of sales data and in order to contact you.
Law and Jurisdiction
This website was created and is operated according to the laws of England & Wales. In determining any disputes in relation to this website the laws of England & Wales will apply and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Acceptance of Order – Our Contract
When you place an order on our website, you will view an order confirmation page and receive an order confirmation email from Funsport Ltd. This page and email confirm receipt of your order and its details, they do not form a contract to a sale at this point. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product/products, which is accepted by us at the point when we debit your card and despatch the goods to you.
When you place an order on our website please make sure that your Account address is the address your credit/debit card is registered to. Your card authorisation process is checked against your Account address and if it is not correct your card will be declined and your order delayed until we receive the correct details from you.
Try as we might, there may be occasions when a product will be mis-priced on our website. Please be assured that we verify prices as part of our despatch procedure. If a product’s correct price is lower than advertised on our site you will be charged the lower price. If a product’s correct price is higher than advertised on our site, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before despatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices currently include VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable.
We despatch products to UK addresses and worldwide and orders are normally despatched in 3 working days.
Postage and Packaging
The cost of postage and packing for items ordered is displayed automatically in your basket during the order process. We only charge you delivery once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. The full delivery charge is charged on the first parcel despatched.
We accept most major credit and debit cards and process payment at the point an order is placed.
No Show booking Policy
Our goal is to provide quality water sporting activities to all our customers in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our staff and instructors, but our other customers as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed bookings.
When you book a water sporting rental or lesson you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other customers. In order to be respectful of your our instructors, staff and other customers , please call Funsport ( 01407 810899) to cancel/ rearrange the lesson at least 24 hours before the booking. Cancelations made 24 hours or more in advance of the date will receive a 100% refund. If no attempt at a cancellation is made you will be charged the full amount for the booking. If you are calling to cancel less than 24 hours in advanced a full refund can not be offered however we can reschedule the lesson/ rental.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another customer access to that lesson or rental slot.
If in the instance we have had to cancel the booking due to weather conditions, staffing or unforeseen events then you will receive a full refund.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 01407 810899 between the hours of 9-5 or email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hours before the booking.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the lesson or rental appointment. A no-show is when a customers misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient the full amount of the missed appointment fee.
